At M.A.S.T we provide services to assist people with varying abilities to thrive.

MAST offers Level 1 Support Connection and Level 2 Coordination of Supports.

We can assist you if needed throughout the duration of your plan. We will stay there alongside you for as long as you need us and will be working with you to increase your understanding and skills in navigating the system and making the most of your NDIS plan to achieve the goals you have set.

This includes:

• Assisting you to understand your plan.
• Developing an understanding of what you want to get from services in your plan and how you want these services to look.
• Working together with you and your networks and supports to further develop your resilience and capacity to meet your goals – this includes teaching you to access the NDIS portal to monitor your plan and funding and preparing you for your NDIS review meetings.
• Together reviewing and tracking your goals and outcomes or progress towards achieving your goals.
• Supporting you to ultimately direct your life not just your NDIS plan and supports.
