At M.A.S.T we provide services to assist people with varying abilities to thrive. We aim to make a difference in the lives of those we work with and to give our participant’s and families more involvement and choice in accessing a variety of services to improve their lifestyles and situations in the ways they choose to prioritise.
M.A.S.T is a company that was established with the primary aim of offering services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
To provide high-quality and effective support coordination services where every person we work with feels valued and heard.
M.A.S.T. values are centred around our participants, and their chosen support networks.
Passion – Every member of staff has a passion for improving the lives of our participants and regard participants as the centre of our M.A.S.T. team.
Respect – MAST is built on respect!! We will listen to you and hear what you say. We will encourage and support your independence at your pace. We make you, the participant, the centre of all that we do and respect and value your input into all areas of MAST operations and respect and support you, your decisions, opinions and views regarding your personal goals and plans.
Honesty- We will be open, honest, and trustworthy; we will keep our promises to you and always work with integrity to provide the highest quality care we can.
Confidentiality – Respecting and protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information is of the utmost importance as outlined in our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure.
Development and Improvement – We will consistently look for ways to develop and improve what we do. We are committed to upholding and exceeding service standards, and we genuinely welcome feedback from participants, staff and workers and outside stakeholders to ensure we are offering the best service possible.
The home office for M.A.S.T. is based in Stirling. The service area is primarily Perth suburbs North of the River however there is flexibility on a case-by-case basis to see participants outside of this area. While the preference for meeting participants is face to face, meeting formats and locations will be arranged according to the preference of the participant.
My Abilities Support Team is based in the City of Stirling which sits on land known as Mooro Country, home to the Wadjak Nyoongar people for more than 40,000 years. My Abilities Support Team respects and honours the Wadjak Nyoongar people and the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia past and present and their connection to land, sea and community.
