My Abilities Support Team was developed from a passion to support participants to navigate the overwhelming sea of information and often complicated systems and processes to find pathways towards making goals and dreams become reality.
MAST is a small Support Coordination Service owned and operated by Cezanne, a Registered Nurse with extensive experience, working in Indigenous Community Health in Remote WA and with qualifications and experience in Public Health and Diabetes Education. Cezanne has many years of experience working closely with people who have challenges having their voice heard and having their needs met and their rights enabled including working closely with many people with varied abilities. MAST is committed to remaining a small, personal Support Coordination service maintaining a close connection with participants and their networks, and with the key driving motivation to make a real difference in the lives of participants.
Being a small, person focused, independent provider, with a commitment to working with a small number of participants, Cezanne has the time to provide individual attention and is dedicated to getting to know you and your support network and working together with you as a team to achieve your goals.
